The three modalities below are the basis for my breathwork instruction. Let me show you how to effectively combine these and others together to bring you the greatest benefit.

Wim Hof Method

A distillation of decades of experience and training, the Wim Hof Method includes three main pillars: breathing, cold exposure and commitment.

 

It is a natural, easy to learn method that is capable of bringing out the highest potential in mind and body.

 

Oxygen Advantage

The Oxygen Advantage is a series of unique breathing exercises to help increase energy & focus and improve resilience.

 

The exercises focus on two pillars: functional breathing and simulation of high altitude training.

XPT Performance Breathing®, created by legendary big wave surfer Laird Hamilton combines ancient practices with new age science to create a breathing/sauna/cold program that can enhance performance across a wide spectrum of activities.
